Drop off at the weekend Today Show [bring your signs]

Breakfast @ Dean & Deluca look out the window and watch the show

Visit the NBC store, Radio City Music Hall , St Patrick’s Cathedral

Walk west to Dylan’s Candy Bar .The world’s largest candy store .Owned by Ralph Lauren’s daughter..no detail is missed. Hands down a must see for all ages.

While you are in the neighborhood check out Serendipity for “frozen hot chocolate” listed as one of Oprah’s favorite things, also featured in the movie Serendipity.

Have your cabbie drop you off at Canal and Mulberry. Turn north and all the treasures of Chinatown lie ahead .Knock off bags and jewelry. Keep going north on Broadway and take in Soho .Face east down Mulberry and you will find yourself at the gateway of Little Italy, Goodies beware! Pizza ,canoli …cheesecake ..Oh my!

Hop in the cab to Vesey Street in the Financial District to view Ground Zero. Don’t miss the sobering memorial in St Paul ’s Chapel. And the cross formed from the Twin tower beams.

Right next door is the famous “Century 21” designer at a discount.

Next walk or cab it to Battery Park for beautiful waterfront views of The Statue of Liberty. Take the Staten Island ferry [ FREE ] right past our Lady Liberty great photo opp.

Pick up a pretzel from a street vendor.

Head uptown to Times Square the” Great White Way ” the crossroads of America ...the lights are bright on Broadway. Take in a matinee .They start @ 2:30pm...don’t be late or you will have to wait until the 2nd scene to be seated.

Juniors in Times Square for great American Grub….hamburgers as big as your head...share the dessert ..just trust me !

What’s next? Fifth Ave ? Fao Swartz, Chrysler Building , a carriage ride in Central Park ?

  10pm End up at Macy’s on 34th street [remember the miracle] in the shadows of the Empire state building. What a day!
